Programs

The Chicago Engineers’ Foundation provides programming to engage and empower Chicago’s next generation of engineers.

K-12 Outreach

Career presentations inspire young minds as engineers visit with students across Chicago to speak about basic engineering concepts, types of engineering, and their own personal experiences in this growing and important industry.  Presentations take place at schools and other community organizations.  The organization’s volunteering professionals also give their time to support STEM fairs, science and building competitions, scholarship fairs, and other engineering-related student events.  Annually volunteers participate in more than 50 different outreach activities, impacting more than 1,600 students.
