Building Brews: Craft Beer Tasting

More than 100 guests spent the evening discovering the science behind brewing at a beer tasting event featuring a variety of craft breweries. This engaging evening included a panel discussion, beer samples courtesy of area brewers, raffle prizes, great food, and the announcement of the Best Brewery of the evening.  Proceeds benefit the CEF Incentive Awards, providing scholarship opportunities for Chicago engineering students.
