CEF Presents Speakeasy Chicago

On Friday, April 28th more than 120 guests joined Chicago Engineers’ Foundation (CEF) for Speakeasy Chicago, an evening of glitz, glam, and fun in support of CEF’s student programs.

The Union League Club of Chicago‘s President’s Hall was transformed into a 1920’s inspired lounge with live music from the Chicago Cellar Boys, and a lively dance floor with complimentary dance instruction provided by Traffic Jam Swing.

The roulette table furnished by US Casino was spinning all night long offering guests casino fun.  Magician Norm Basile also keep guests on their toes with strolling magic throughout the evening.  The ULCC culinary team delighted guests with 1920’s inspired bites and specialty cocktails.

Guests were encouraged to Dress to Thrill, and did not disappoint with an incredible mix of deco, flapper-inspired, and even gangster attire.
